Challenge # 2: Draw & Cost Main Bedroom.
The Main Bedroom (Bedroom 1) features an ensuite and walk-in wardrobe (W.I.R).
Typically the bedroom & wardrobe will have the same floor covering, whether timber floor boards or carpet.
The ensuite floor will normally be covered in tiles but you can use whatever you want as long as it a waterproof material.
You may change the bath to a spa but you need to provide a picture & costings.
You will need to provide pictures & costings for all items shown below plus any furniture you add.
At minimum, you will need to provide & place a bed and side tables to the drawing below.
This floor plan will be drawn to a scale of 1:20.

Title Block (Details of what is drawn is placed in the Title Block).
Title of your drawing.
1:20 Scale.
Measurements otherwise known as Dimensions.
Table showing all costs to complete your Main Bedroom.
Furniture in each of the rooms.
All areas are to be coloured as close as to the items in each area/ room.
This includes the different floor coverings, furniture, rugs, etc.

TIPS:
- Internal walls are normally 90mm wide (70mm for the timber stud & 10mm gyprock sheet each side.
- External Walls are normally 240mm wide. 110mm brick, 50mm gap, 70mm timber frame & 10mm gyprock sheet.
- Doors to the entry and bedrooms are normally 820mm wide.
- Doors to bathrooms, toilets. laundry, WIR are normally 720mm wide.
- Floor tiles are normally 300mm x 300mm. Check against the tiles you select.
- Toilets are normally 700mm long.
- Vanities (the rectangle with the oval shape in the middle) is normally 900mm x 300mm.
- Robes are normally 600mm deep.
- '0912' means the window over the bath is 900mm high x 1200mm wide..
- '2121' means the window to the bedroom is 2100mm high x 2100mm wide.
- 'MIRROR SD' means there are mirrored sliding doors to the Ensuite and W.I.R.
