SITE PLAN?
A Site Plan is an aerial view of the site, your block. It shows where the house sits on your block and what other solid structures are on your block.
Your site or block is the entire area of the land that you own. The perimeter of your block is called the 'Boundary'.
Your House must be a certain distance away from the boundary:
Front: At least 6m
Sides & Rear: At least 1.5m
Site Plans are drawn to a scale of 1:100 on A3 paper in a Landscape View. i.e 10mm on your ruler = 1m on the Site Plan.
