FLOOR PLAN?
A Floor Plan is an aerial view of the room or entire house. It shows the layout of the room/ house including furniture, doors & window locations.
Floor Plans are drawn to a scale of 1:20 on A3 paper in a Landscape View . i.e 50mm on your ruler = 1m on the Site Plan.

All Floor Plans must include the following:
Title Block (Details of what is drawn is placed in the Title Block). Title of your drawing. 1:20 Scale. Position of doors, Windows, Door, Wardrobe and Furniture.(close as possible to scale) Measurements of the room only. Table to show costings to complete your room/ area. |

Measurements for doors & windows is Optional.
A window is dimensioned as follows:
Height x Width showing the first 2 digits of your window in mm
e.g: A window sized 2100mm high x 900mm wide is dimensioned as 2109.
e.g: A window sized 900 high x 900 wide is dimensioned as 0909.
e.g: A door sized 2100mm high x 2400mm wide is dimensioned as 1224.
Please see examples of window & door dimensioning below. NOTE: It is up to you if you want to include these dimensions on your drawings.
